The NEUBIE is mostly used in a clinical setting and primarily purchased or leased by licensed professionals. If you are a professional interested in adding NeuFit to your business (or team/school), please inquire here and someone from our team will reach out to you. If you are interested in the NEUBIE for personal use, please know that it can only be used under the supervision of a medical professional. If you are not in Austin, Texas, please check out the NeuFit Neubie Provider Directory to find a Practitioner near you. In some circumstances, there are options to rent or buy a NEUBIE for continued care at home. Ask your NeuFit Practitioner about what options they may be able to offer you. If you are still very interested in buying a NEUBIE for personal use only, please fill out the form and a member from our team will reach out to you soon. If there isn’t a NeuFit Practitioner near you, please consider connecting us with your doctor or therapist and sharing this page with them: www.portal.neu.fit/providers/.

The NEUBIE is FDA-cleared and considered safe as long as it is used within the appropriate guidelines. For example, it is contraindicated for people who have a pacemaker or are pregnant. There are other situations in which practitioners should exercise caution. If you have any questions about your particular situation, please consult your medical professional.

Well, it depends. Fortunately, the NeuFit System is able to help most of the people who use it. Coupled with the NEUBIE device’s ability to re-educate muscles, increase blood flow, improve range of motion, prevent atrophy, decrease spasms, and relieve or manage pain, the NeuFit system has helped many people recover from sports injuries and various traumas and surgeries. Of course there are times when therapy and rehab strategies aren’t enough, and more serious interventions are necessary. If something is completely torn, for example, surgery may be the best solution. The good news is that NeuFit is non-invasive and very safe. Because of the low risks, it is often worth trying as a conservative strategy before considering more serious and invasive interventions like surgery and injections.

Although the Neubie device is not indicated to treat M.S., the NeuFit System has been able to help some people with M.S. manage their symptoms and improve quality of life. The NEUBIE device is able to reduce spasms, increase range of motion, improve circulation, prevent atrophy, and provide neuromuscular re-education. With the NeuFit protocols, this combination has enabled some people with M.S. to improve function, become more mobile, and return to activities that had become challenging or impossible. Please take a look at the webpage for Dr. Terry Wahls in order to find more information.

It depends on the situation. Harnessing the NEUBIE’s capacity for neuromuscular re-education, the NeuFit System has helped some people recover from these challenges in order to restore function. In some cases that recovery has meant slight increases in balance, movement, or the ability to complete activities of daily living. In a few cases it has been as dramatic as helping people get out of wheelchairs and walk again. There are many factors that affect a person’s recovery potential, so unfortunately NeuFit will not be helpful in all cases. If you or someone you know is dealing with one of these challenges, we encourage you to reach out to us or your local NeuFit Practitioner directly to discuss your situation.
